1. General
1.1. Topsluxury.store (hereinafter the "Website‘‘) is an online service of UAB “Armitana“, Eigulių 11-1, 10345 Vilnius, Lithuania, company code: 151182221, VAT registration number: LT511822219, info@armitana.lt (hereinafter “We“, “Us“).
1.2. All orders placed by you via the Website as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by the Terms and Conditions (the ‘‘Terms‘‘) set out below. By visiting this website you accept and consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with them you may not use this website and should leave immediately.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify any part of Terms from time to time and your continued use of this Website following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
1.4. Your use of this Website and any purchase by you of any item from the Website shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Lithuanian republic.
1.5. The European Commission provides a platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes (ODR platform), which can be viewed under http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
2. Placing an order
2.1. In order to make purchases on the Website you will be required to provide your personal details: your name, phone number, e-mail address, and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
2.2. By placing an order you confirm to purchase for private purposes exclusively. We have the right to refuse any offer without stating a reason, especially if it is suspected that the items purchased via the Website are intended to be resold on a commercial basis.
2.3. By using the button “Place order“, you are placing a binding offer of an order for the items in your shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, we will immediately send you an e-mail acknowledgment of your order. This confirms that we have received your order but is not an acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is formed only after we have accepted the offer by dispatching the goods ordered.
2.4. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as we can. If the payment has already been made, we will make a refund to your payment method without undue delay.
2.5. We will retain the legal ownership of the items in your cart until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the Items will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
2.6. If you have ordered several items at the same time, the products may be delivered at different times. We will inform you about every separate delivery by email. If applied, shipping charges will be incurred only once in any such case.

3. Prices
3.1. Prices shown on the Website are in euros (EUR). The stated prices are final prices and include any applicable delivery charge and VAT.
3.2. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
4. Payments
4.1. Payments on the Website can be made with debit or credit card and through Paypal. When selecting the latter option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site and shall pay there.
4.2. In the case of credit card purchases, your card will be charged when we confirm your order.
4.3. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). You are responsible for any costs associated with money transactions.
4.4. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
5. Shipping
5.1. Your package will be shipped by the DPD delivery service. We are liable for any potential transport risks.
5.2. We deliver within the EU only. Shipping costs accrue and are levied by Us.
5.3. The items will be ready for dispatch on or after the day following your order. They will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
5.4. We will try to make sure your order is delivered within 2 to 5 working days. However, if delivery is delayed by an event outside of Our control, We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the estimated timescale. In the event of substantial delay, you may cancel your order and We will give you a refund for the items you have paid for but have not received.
6. Cancellation and returns
6.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days without having to state any reasons.
6.2. To administer your right to cancel your order, you have to inform Us by email: hello@topsluxury.store within the given timeframe in order for the 30-day cancellation timeframe to be granted. The items have to be sent back to us immediately.
6.3. The payment method which was used to make the transaction will also be used for the refund. If you have paid by PayPal, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account.
6.4. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
6.5. We will send our courier to collect the returning items from the address, provided by the customer.
6.6. The returning items should be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the protective materials in place and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
