Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched after receipt of payment - on the same or next working day. They are delivered within 1-5 days via DPD parcel service at the address provided by the customer. After we send the order, the buyer will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking code which can be used to track the progress of the delivery.

All the deliveries in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia are free of charge.

Returns

To return your order, you will have to inform us by e-mail: hello@topsluxury.store or phone: +37052683400. The returning items should be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the protective materials in place and all inner and outer tags still attached. It is not possible to return unboxed socks, tights, or underwear. You can return the ordered goods within 30 days after the delivery. Money for returned goods will be transferred to the bank account specified by the buyer within 10 working days from the date of return of the goods. Unfortunately at this moment, we do not conduct exchanges. If you wish to exchange something for a different size or different style, please contact our client support team at e-mail hello@topsluxury.store or phone: +37052683400 and we will assist you while making a return and making a new order.
